We absolutely agree… and as a new business, we want to offer our customers the best service we possibly can.. and make sure we do this in a responsible and sustainable way that will service our beautiful, vibrant community well into the future.

That is why if you live in Australia 

Within Australia, our goal is to have your products tracked and to you within 3 workings days – this can be EVEN quicker if you live in QLD or a capital city, and may be just a little longer if you live in a remote area.

Organic Index currently deliver all our orders to you via the Australia Post Express Service!

1 – When you spend $90 or more, we will express post your order to you free!

2 – When your order is less than $90, we will express post your order for a flat rate of $12.95

For New Zealand, we express post and track all orders via International Express Post for a $18.95 flat rate delivery fee for customers in New Zealand.

– New Zealand and other International customers don’t pay the Australian GST and your item price/s will be updated at your bag page to reflect this.

– Parcels take 3-7 days to reach New Zealand and may be subject to import taxes or duties.

International Customers.. we have found the most sustainable way for us to get your products to your doorstep is through tracked orders via International Express Post for a $25.00 flat rate delivery fee.

– International customers don’t pay the Australian GST and your item price/s will be updated at your bag page to reflect this.

– It will be your responsibility to pay any import duty or sales tax within your own country. We will not charge you Australian goods and services tax.

Orders that are received before 1pm (Australian Eastern Standard Time) on a business day are sent that day!

Australia Post Express Post Service – guarantees next business day delivery within the Express Post network. The Express Post network covers over 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office boxes. Delivery outside this network will receive the fastest possible delivery using existing transport links. We post all our orders from Paddington, Brisbane  (our postcode is 4064) and you can follow the link for a more detailed description of the express post network.

Australia Post International Post Service – have an estimated delivery time of 6 days between metro areas of major cities. (Excludes time in customs if applicable and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of Australia Post’s control.) For more information please follow the link:

Damage or loss in transit is rare however if it happens we will take responsibility for it. Please call us to organise the return of damage goods or to report that a parcel has not arrived within the above timeframes.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • You can change and cancel your order while you are shopping online; simply remove it from “Shopping Cart”.
  • You can cancel your order up until you receive your “Order Confirmation” email. Please email us at admin@organicindex.com to advise us if you wish to cancel your order after it has been processed.

RETURNS POLICY

  • Organic Index is committed to helping you improve your health and wellbeing. 
  • We want to ensure that all steps of your order are more than satisfactory and we invite and encourage your feedback, so we may continue to improve our products and our company.
  • If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, Organic Index will offer you a full exchange or refund to the value of the product, but not including the shipping fees.
  • You must include a copy of the invoice with the return shipment including full name, address and the reason for the return of the item within 30 days of purchase.
  • If these requirements are not satisfied, Organic Index reserves the right not to offer an exchange for change of mind returns
  • Before sending any product back please email us to arrange the details with the Organic Index team. That way we can make sure your product is dealt with quickly when it arrives in the Organic Index office.
